The CE Shop is an approved licensed real estate school in Florida: License (Permit) Number: ZH1002334
Renewal Date: Every 2 years on March 31st and September 30th. The date you renew every 2 years depends on when you initially took your licensing exam and should be indicated on your license.

CE Shop Offering: 14 hours
Reporting: Real estate course completions are reported to the Florida Real Estate Commission each business day. It may take an average of 2-4 business days from the time we report your hours before the Commission updates your license and/or their website with the hours. Please be patient with this process and understand that it may vary depending on your state. If your required education is not completed and/or reported, you will NOT be able to renew your license. Course completion(s) are reported on the designated and publicly posted scheduled days. Course completion(s) will be reported the following scheduled reporting day from the course completion date(s).
Expiration date of course: Courses expire one year after the order date.
Post Licensing: If this is your first renewal then you must complete your post-license education which must be completed on or before the expiration date of the license of the first renewal. Currently, The CE Shop does NOT offer the post-licensing courses.
Sales associates are required to complete 45 hours of approved Sales Associate post licensing education within 18-24 months after obtaining the initial license.
Brokers are required to complete 60 hours of approved Broker post-licensing courses within 18-24 months after obtaining the initial license.
Final Exams: Licensees will be allotted 1 1/2 minutes per question on the final exam at the end of the course. Pursuant to 61J2-3.009, a licensee has one (1) attempt on CE final exams. If the exam is not passed the first time, the licensee must repurchase and retake the entire course, including the final exam. Passing score is 80%.
Certificates: Immediately upon real estate course completion, The CE Shop will provide students with an electronic copy of the course Certificate of Completion. Certificates will remain in your account for a minimum of five (5) years, should you need additional copies at a later time. Please refer to your renewal application to determine if you need to submit your Certificate(s) of Completion with your renewal. Course completion dates are recorded using Central Standard Time. Please note that the date on your certificates of completion will reflect this.
